Grande Sports Training LLC
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 8, 2026
Grande Sports Training LLC operates the Grande Sports app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data.
1. Information We Collect
Account and profile information may include your name, email address, securely hashed password for email accounts, age eligibility, selected position, playing level, tactical priority, avatar, optional bio, gender or social links you provide, and Apple or Google account identifier when you choose provider sign-in. A notification device token is collected if you enable push notifications.
Learning activity may include lessons watched, learning progress, MatchMind results, Monthly Tactical Cycle and Match Mission progress, Awareness, Timing, and Execution reflections you submit, and legacy Community activity or safety actions where applicable. Player posting is currently paused.
Membership information includes subscription and entitlement state supplied by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
Technical and security information includes request and response details used to operate and protect the service, such as endpoint, response status, and timing, plus content-access and screen-capture security events when protected content is used.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and personalize the app, track tactical learning progress, recommend content, authenticate accounts, protect account recovery, resolve membership access, restore purchases, send account and service emails, provide support, and record technical and security events needed to operate and protect the app. Optional product usage analytics are disabled for this free launch.
3. Age Eligibility
Grande Sports accounts are currently available only to people age 13 and older. We ask for date of birth before account creation and stop registration when the answer indicates a player is under 13. Contact us if you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information so we can investigate and delete it.
4. How We Share Information
Service providers and partners may process information for these purposes: Apple and Google for optional sign-in and applicable store billing; cloud hosting providers for account and learning data; RevenueCat for subscription status and entitlements; Brevo for account and service email delivery; Apple and Google push services for enabled notifications; and legal authorities when required by law.
On a returning signed-in device, the purchase service may start when the app opens to restore existing entitlements. On a new installation without a saved account, it starts after the age screen and account sign-in.
5. Data Retention
You can delete your account in Settings. The account is disabled, its identifying profile fields are anonymized, and associated private progress, push devices, player-created shared content, messages, and playlists are removed from the service. Files linked to that content are queued for deletion, with retries if storage is temporarily unavailable. Security logs and transaction records may remain when needed for troubleshooting, legal duties, or store billing. Contact us with questions about remaining data. Apple and Google control their own store billing records; account deletion does not cancel an active store subscription.
6. Your Rights
You may ask to access or correct your information, delete your account, or ask how retained information is handled. Available rights depend on your location.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted network connections and access controls. No system is 100 percent secure.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will remain available here and in the app.
