Welcome to the Grande Sports app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create or use a Grande Sports account.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and providing accurate information during registration.
3. Membership and Store Billing
This version offers free access and does not offer a new subscription or free trial. Available Level 1: Fundamentals, MatchMind games, and approved Library videos are free. Locked features are unavailable to new users until a later release. If you purchased a subscription previously, your existing entitlement remains linked to your account. Deleting your account does not cancel store billing; manage any active subscription in your Apple or Google account settings. Refund decisions are handled by the applicable store.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not share your account, record or redistribute app content, misuse safety tools, reverse-engineer or scrape the app, or use the app for a commercial training service without written permission. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Community and Safety
Player Community posting, commenting, replying, and liking are currently paused. Existing and administrator-published content may remain readable. Reporting, blocking, and other safety controls may remain available.
6. Learning Features and Coaching
MatchMind consists of free games for reactions, memory, and tactical decisions. Level 1 lessons are available as published. Game Situations and Decision-Making, Positional Concepts, and Match Study are shown as locked future features. Live classes are not currently available.
7. Intellectual Property
All app content, including videos, brain games, missions, design, code, MatchMind, Position Mastery, and visual identity, is owned by Grande Sports Training LLC and protected by applicable laws. Membership provides a personal, non-transferable license to access eligible content for personal learning only.
8. Disclaimers
The app is provided as is without warranties of any kind. Soccer training carries inherent physical risks. Always train safely and follow proper warm-up and supervision practices, especially for minors.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grande Sports Training LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
10. Termination
You may delete your account in Settings. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel store billing; manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple or Google account settings. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms. Refunds are handled by the applicable store.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as the product or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will remain available here and in the app.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
